I read in Circles of Power that Elemental magick relates to physical changes on the earth (Theurgy), while planetary magick is about affecting emotions. It also says working with the sephirophs are for affecting energy patterns above the astral (mental plane)
This really confused me.
My morning ritual before I head out to class involves me invoking the element Air, praying to the Sylphs & calling forth Paralda so I can preform great and learn fast etc..
Would elemental magick be appropriate for this task? Or should I be using Mercury to invoke an accelerated learning state instead?
Can someone please explain these two different forms of magick & when they are appropriate?
