Magic to make someone contact you

... does it usually work? What are your opinions?
It worked for me to randomly meet a person I haven't seen in a long time, on the street. But for that person to contact me (even though she has my number) didn't work.
I have my reasons for doing this. It's not vanity (well, maybe a little, but it's more about something else, a serious reason).
So far I worked with Anael, and I asked to meet that person. In three days, I met her, like I said, randomly on the street. Now I would like for her to contact me.
Do you guys have any idea who I could work with for this? Or what could I do?
I already tried something. At first, the spirit told me she will do it. In the second evocation, Anael said that she will try doing it, but if it doesn't work, I should be the one to contact her.
I need something that works for sure. So... any ideas on how I should proceed? Some help would be much appreciated.
