I was curious if anyone had any magical takes on wearing a head covering. This interview from Ashton Kutcher always stuck out in my mind, at the 7:10 mark he explains why he always wears a hat and at this time in his life he was heavily into kabbalah. A superficial google explanation states that in Judaism it can be anything from modesty, restriction, or an indication of marriage, but I am more interested in this positive/negative charge and what this has to do with light that Ashton is going on about, I don't feel he explained it well enough, and I can't find anything anywhere to back up this idea. Crowns and hoods seem to be an important part of many magical practices, wondering if there is any kabbalistic significance?
