Magick when you are pressed for time

Ok..let me start off by saying I am not lazy. I work 12-16 hours a day six and sometimes seven days a week. So that doesn't leave me a lot of time for magick. That was one reason I fell in love with NAP because it doesn't take much time to do the rituals and they work! I was looking for other recommendations on magick that doesn't require a lot of set up time or anything. Please nothing from Gallery of Magick...I'm not a fan of theirs. Other than that I'm open to all suggestions. Thank you for all your help.
