I m discussing about buddhism with a friend lately. he said i should go buddhism path which is the enlightenment and mindfulness, awaken from the BIG dream/the life. he said the magick path seeking gods goddess spirits demons is not really enlightenment, although in the beginning level buddhism also seeks those things.
I m confused,
i m recently working with spirits and i enjoy that, it means i m on the beginning/lower level?
I already realize this Life is a BIG dream, although i m still attached to it.
If i m unattached to it, does it mean i shall give up seeking anything any goal in this life, just live one day after tommorrow, and whatever will be will be, let it comes and goes?
according to the friend words, it seems buddha state is that way, living one moment after another, seeing everything as a dream, no desire to change , no desire to seek...just living like a watcher.
