So, the spirit that Al Manning calls Ishtar isn't actually the 'real' Ishtar let alone female, so who is this Ishtar? I tried to search online...incl. EspLab, but didn't really find any relevant information.
I am aware of Mannings New Ishtar Power, but for now I'm not going to buy anymore books!
