on the no-doubt vexed topic of 'whether to commence magic on certain moon-phase dates', differing authorities have differing opinions.The general consensus is that all works of positivity and increase should be commenced on days of a waxing moon and the 'dark' of the moon (ie three days around the new moon) should be strenuously avoided.
But, is really fair to say that magic can only be done for half a year? , must all (non-'black magic') operations be confined to periods of the waxing moon to be efficacious?
