Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any tips about the exercises in Bardon's book, Step II, where you have to activate each sense separately? I'm okay with the visual and auditory part and for the most part kinesthetic, but when it comes to smelling and tasting, I find it hard to imagine the smell of flowers, the smell of dirty socks, or the taste of cookies or the taste of salty soup without bringing to mind a visual of what I'm smelling or tasting. I find it way easier to do the exercises where you use two or more senses at once. If anyone has any advice for getting started on these, it would be greatly appreciated.
