When and for what do you use the second enochian call?
In the Golden Dawn the second call is used for working with ENHB and other tablet of union Angels (I think)
Ben Rowe says it is used for a more materialistic effect.
Frater Yeshidah in his book talks about it being the polar opposite of the first call (First call Pulling up, invoking. Second call Pulling down, banishing)

To sum up, this Call gives the magician the power to control within his own awareness all four elements in their seed form, within Akasha, before they become manifest or differentiated in four directions.
The little experimenting I have done so far gives me a feeling of preparing the house for the Divine Marriage. But this could be a personal overlay, and I still need to explore it more.
Recent writing indicates that the calls where originally intended only for opening the gates of the book of Loagaeth
(which does not mean it cannot be adapted to other purposes probably....)
