The Great Old Ones and the Qliphoths

I study Lovecraftian magic the last few years – and just recently I published a book about the actual occult elements in the Cthulhu Mythos, here in Greece.
Now I’m working more deeply into this subject, and I was wondering if someone could help me in a small issue:
According with Kenneth Grant, and Asenath Mason, the correspondences between Necronomicon entities/planets and particular levels of the Tree of Life is as follows:
Kether-Yuggoth
Chokmah-Kadath
Binah-Cthulhu
Daath-Yog Sothoth
Chesed-Nodens
Geburah-Hastur
Tiphareth-Azathoth
Netzach-Shub Niggurath
Hod-Nyarlathotep
Yesod-Yig
Malkuth-Geh
What I find strange now is that the correspondence is with the Sephirothic tree, rather the Qliphothic! But since the Great Old Ones are demonic symbols of actual negative cosmic forces, wouldn’t be more “right” to be the other way around? If so, what do you think would be the right correspondences between the Old Ones and the Qliphoths?
