Cliff notes seems to be it is refuted to have been a manuscript obtained by John Dee, from the Rabbi, Jacob Eliezer. Which eventually made it's way into the Bodelian Library. Then Crowley had access, before became stolen and lost forever. Which was blamed on Nazi espionage for going missing.
Suggests Nathan of Gaza and his work "Sepher ha-Sha'are ha-Daath" is related in regards to establishing a connection between Klilppoth and the Old Ones. Kenneth Grant's Nightside Eden as being thought of as a Modern counterpart.
