I got the ok from Damon to post this link to a Q&A on the Gallery of Magick website.
Some people here have expressed a wish for Damon and the Gallery people to answer some enquiries around the books and their contents.
Damon hasn't had time to be in the forum much since the cash book was published but anyone can post questions to the Q&A.
