What are some books you would recommend? Preferably ones that I could download on PDF, as I like to put them on my phone for easier reading until I can get them in print.
Also ones that would give me some instruction on making talismans that would help with my confidence would be nice, I was hoping to combine confidence exercises with magic to aid in making my confidence rise to it's normal boundaries (hopefully beyond) and as it's been pretty fucked over the years through crap I've gone through.
