Has anyone taken a read of this particular Venus ritual?

It's an interesting ritual and was hoping to discuss this on the forum.
Firstly, any ideas what could be replaced for the horn of a living bull? Does removing the horn of a living bull hurt the bull? I wonder if all bulls horn are removed off dead bulls. I found a web page which sells bulls horns so I emailed and asked them, but i was hoping someone here has feedback.

Secondly, Is anyone using a reliable online web site for planetary hours? If so, can you share it? I'm using one, but would like to compare.
Anything else to add?
