Are Angelic and Elemental works contradictory?

I a person were doing a lot of invoking or work with Elemental spirits and energies, say each morning, but doing Angelic invocations and rituals (or something like the Rufus Opus Modern 'Angelic Grimoire') at night, is there a conflict between these two types of spirits? Would doing this cause problems for you either internally (spiritual or mental) or externally (whatever you're hoping to achieve physically doesn't happen)?
