Angels of love - what's the mechanism behind their work?

Hi guys,
As you all know, there are angels/archangels who "specialize" in love....such as:
- Chamuel
- Jophiel
- Haniel
etc...
From what I understand, they can encourage the feelings of (romantic) love to flourish (assuming the person already has the potential to feel that for the person who invokes those romance angels).
I heard that some romance angels can even encourage the feeling of love to flourish where there is none. How do they do that exactly? How is it possible that they can cause the feeling of love to flourish in someone’s mind/heart? Do those angels send an electromagnetic “love wave” to that person’s mind? Do they “whisper” subliminal words of love? What’s the exact mechanism or physics behind their working?
