I find that when I record it and the like it comes off anywhere between 2:30-3:00 minutes, even when placing in the 3 seconds between the words in the lower parts in the rite. I got my copy a few days ago. Alot of it reads like the whole "Its too good to be true infomercial" however I do notice deity/entity names from older sources in there. Starting the first part of just getting attuned. It's form seems way more lax than that of other systems.
