In most lore I am familiar with Hekate's sacred wood is Hemlock which also has a connection to both the underworld and is deadly. Do you mean the Hemlock tree (Tsuga ssp.), native to Japan and North America, or the Hemlock herb (Conium maculatum), native to Europe and North Africa? It is the latter...

You say she had very little to do with Turks.Then why the Hekate Temples there?Sorry not know to put pic in yet. Oh, large parts of what's Turkey today was in the Classical Era inhabited by Greeks. There also lived several other people there (some of them are still there), and some of those culture...

I mean, you can also see the moon and star on European coats of arms. That doesn't make those old knights Muslims or worshippers of Hekate. They are just common symbols, used all over the world, but with different meanings in different times and different cultures...

No, She's rather Greek. The Turks didn't came to the Middle East / Asia Minor until the Middle Ages, and then they were already Muslims. In the Classical Era, the ancestors of the Turks still lived in Central Asia.
