Until I memorized it I just read it right out of the book. But even now after I memorized it I sometimes go through it with eyes open, sometimes with them closed.

And I do actually touch my shoulder when I get to that part of the ritual. Other people on here might do it differently though.

Do you do your daily chant of the avatar mantrum with your altar set up, with the Elemental amulets, and the Talisman etc.. or just the mantrum by itself and not the full ritual every time. So far for the most part I've found NAP by itself to be pretty effective. Especially the ritual with Elubatel. But I am interested in finally trying the Mystic grimoire of mighty spells and rituals. I know in the Mystic grimoire it says only one spell or ritual from that book should be done each day...

The things in NAP that have seemed to work the best for me personally are: page 52. Invocation for money with the mystic being- Nitika. page 53. Chant to bring success mystic being- Elubatel. (So far this one has seemed to be the most consistent and effective ritual that I've used from NAP. page 55....
